
These masks worked so well when meditating as part of a yoga session or when grounding at the beginning of a Woodland Wellness session. I loved making them and seeing how much people enjoyed using them as part of their relaxation.

Various recycled bits of fabric and they’re washable. Homegrown lavender and locally sourced flaxseed. Thinking of adding Rosemary for focus and memory to a few.
